Macintosh-based system maintains student and teacher records
Mindwrap , Inc. – the leading provider of Macintosh-based document management and workflow solutions – today announced the successful deployment of a new Optix Document Management system for 21st Century Cyber Charter School in Downingtown, PA. The new system will be used to maintain student and teacher records as well as general document management for departments throughout the school. The system will also integrate with the school’s legacy FileMaker applications.
The deployment includes seven Macintosh-based scanning stations distributed among departments, equipped with cost-effective Fujitsu ScanSnap and fi-series scanners. Optix Workstation allows operators to quickly and easily scan and index multipage documents to TIFF and PDF formats, storing them to the central Optix Server repository.
